-Cancellation/No Show Policies-


Appointments for a Partial, Full or Volume Set of Lashes requires a 48 hour notice to cancel or reschedule. If for some reason you can not make it to your appointment and if rescheduled 48 hours prior to your appointment time, then you will not be charged a Cancellation Fee, but if a New Set is cancelled or rescheduled less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time a Cancellation Fee will be charged. The charge for Late Rescheduling is 25% and Late Canceling is 50% with a limit of one reschedule per service. In conjunction, if a client No-Shows a New Set the client will be charge the 100% No-Show Fee. If you have any questions about which set of lashes to choose for your first appointment, please do not hesitate to contact us.

We also request at least a 24 hour notice to reschedule or cancel all other appointments. If a client Cancels or Reschedules with less than 24 hours notice the client will be charged a Cancellation/Reschedule Fee. The charge for Late Rescheduling is 25% and Late Canceling is 50% with a limit of one reschedule per service. If a client No-Shows an appointment, which means a client doesn't arrive to their appointment or if they don't call prior the the Start of their scheduled appointment time, then the client will be charges a No-Show Fee of 100% of their total service amount.

We know occasionally things arise that are out of your control and those will be taken into consideration, but neglect for our stylists time will not be acceptable. As all policy charges, these are automatic through our booking system.



-Late Arrival Policy-

Our company is based on the belief that our clients needs are of the utmost importance and we are committed to meeting those needs. We try our very best to ensure that our clients do not spend their valuable time sitting in our waiting area. We ask that you extend the same courtesy to us by arriving for your appointment at the scheduled time. 

 Due to scheduling commitments to other clients and our staff's personal schedules, we may be asked to reschedule any appointment for which you are more than 15 minutes late.

Time is valuable to all of us, we hope you understand these policies.

If a client arrives 15 minutes (or more) late to their scheduled appointment, the client will incur a Late Cancelation Fee of 50% of total services booked. As all policy charges, these are automatic through our booking system.



-Child Policy-


Clients are not be allowed to bring guests under the age of 13 to be left unattended in the styling rooms or in the waiting area. If a guardian over 18 is present that is not receiving a service can watch the child, then the child will be allowed. This policy is to ensure the safety of all of our guests and clients. We do not want to take any risk, as our stylists and client coordinators cannot and will not be held liable to watch unattended children while their guardian is not able to watch them while services are being performed.

If a child under 13 is brought to an appointment, the client may be asked to reschedule to a later time when their child isn't with them and a late cancellation fee will incur of 100% of the services booked. 



-Service Corrections-

The Lash Lab must be notified within 72 hours after services are rendered if you are not satisfied with service given or if a fix is needed. A refund will not be automatically issued without further review, by a stylist at The Lash Lab, of services rendered.

We strive to meet every client's expectations, however, sometimes a stylists interpretation of what is described by the client prior to the service could vary, so that’s why we want clients to contact us if a services outcome isn’t quite what was expected.
